The Rise Of Ransom City isn’t the equal of The Half-Made World, but it expands the series while leaving plenty of questions about his sprawling, mystical quasi-America tantalizingly unanswered—and hopefully ripe for a third installment.
Fans of quirky fiction, fantasy, and/or steampunk (and likely weird westerns, too) are sure to enjoy The Rise of Ransom City.
